Fancy a fine Italian cuisine?

As soon as i stepped into Vineria.IT, i was immediately captivated by the ambiance- it's classy, stylish yet cozy and welcoming interior. Service was friendly and helpful. Seated at our tables, we were greeted by the Executive Chef, Chef Diego who then described the designed menu for the dinner. I was already excited hearing them.

My first Zomato meet up session ongoing, starting with a glass of Bellini- and a twist of strawberry instead of peach.

Arrived pretty on a plate, Burrata in Tomato Cage with Pesto Dressing was an amazing starter. Inside the shell of the Burrata, the mozzarella and cream was soft in texture and rich in taste. And like a pearl in oyster, the salmon was a pleasant surprise. My plate was left with the tomato top; even the pesto dressing disappeared.

Ravioli with Asparagus and Fresh Black Truffle came next, which dethroned the Burrata as my favourite of the night (although it being served the first). The star of this dish was the sauce- buttery and flavourful, and i'm a sauce person. I would like more stuffing in the ravioli itself.

The chef mentioned that the meat to be served next took 3 days of marination, and continued to explain the red wine reduction (sauce). My expectation went high, but the moment i smoothly sliced the Venison Fillet (marinated with Wildberry and Red Wine) and put it in my mouth, those time and effort in making this dish was worthy, my expectation surpassed. The meat was tender and succulent. Served with Nouvelle Potatoes, i cannot ask for a better main (or is there?).

Going back to classic for dessert, the Tiramisu with Marsala Ice Cream was, in fact, my favourite of the night- isn't it amusing how my favourite shifted as the dinner played out. Perhaps it was because i had been looking for a nice Tiramisu cake (that keeps it best, simple) and i had it here. Simple, the right sweetness and coffee, paired with the cool Marsala Ice Cream, there is nothing to complain about this dish, except when i finished my plate.

The bartender served an act for a special cocktail- with a standby fire extinguisher in case of flaming breaths!

Chili? Spicy that burned temporary in the mouth and chocolaty; this unique cocktail is something i would not order again.

Delicious wines for the dinner. Did i mention that each serving came with a different wine fit for purpose? The wine was selected with the food we ate, lending itself to a true Italian meal. This was my favourite drink of the night.

The chef in action, Chef Diego, at the end of the satisfying dinner.

A heart-warming meal, a well thought menu spread. I left the eatery with a smile on my face- and i guess that is what eatery owners/chefs really want.
