I'm almost certain that this post title caught your attention, because it sure did catch mine while i was in the car, looking through the window. We were heading towards Kuala Selangor when we saw signboards written 'Cendol Bakar Free Refill' in front of a large hut. The question popped: 'cendol bakar' as in burned cendol? We had to try so we returned later in the afternoon- the best time to have cendol is under the hot weather (that if the cendol is cold). There were cars queuing up for the drive through service so we decided to park along the main road and eat in. The beach like hut with a mix of kampung style was packed with customers. The menu was interesting: serving VIPs to durian lovers. It was self service; we ordered the VIP cendol over the counter, waited for it to be prepared then bring the dessert to our seats.
