Pigs and Wolf, Pavilion, KL
It was just in time for dinner when Chappie (some heavy materials but overall an entertaining watch) ended. Undecided on what to have, my friend and i walked back and forth on the top floor, only to realize later that there was an extended floor above the top floor- and it's for restaurants. I did not notice it in my recent visits.
Pigs and Wolf caught our attention. Well greeted at the entrance and politely guided to our table outside (but still air-conditioned), i was amused by its grim but comic ambience. Still, i was recovering from not knowing this part of the mall. I flipped open the menu and my eyes went straight for those the 'Wolf approved'. Jhay was our waiter and he kindly recommended some favourites. When he asked if we wanted sky juice, we hesitated, and he added that it was free. Must be my prudent look?

I had the Wolf's Favourite (RM29) with Avocado Milkshake (RM16). The spaghetti was creamy and not overwhelming. The bacon slices were the gems of this dish- as i anticipated of a pork eatery. Not too salty and thin enough for the flavours to come out. The egg was well prepared. At first, i didn't want to mix the wet yolk with my spaghetti but after a few tries, it was actually not bad. As for the beverage, i could taste chunks of avocado, which wasn't a bad thing. It made it different from the fully blended ones i had before.
My friend had the Wolf approved Pork Burger (RM28) and Nutella Milkshake (RM16)- yes, Nutella. Definitely, it tasted chocolatey but judging from the appearance, which looked more milk and cream, i wouldn't have guessed. The Pork Burger came with chips and salad. The chips were yummy, particularly when dipped with their ketchup. The bread was well buttered but like mine, the gem was the patty. Dense but not overly flavoured, and succulent.
Overall, this place is worth a try. The prices may appear slight above average but i was satisfied with the quality of my dinner and the service that came with it. A suggestion is to add sound cushion on the outside because the echo can be quite loud.
